Returns & Refunds Policy

Right of Return

  • Return Period: You may return products within 14 days from receiving your order.
  • Returnable Products: New collection and discounts -30%: Eligible for return and full refund (excluding shipping costs).
  • Non-Returnable Products: Products on discount -50%: Cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Conditions

  • Products must be:
  1. Unworn and in excellent condition
  2. With all tags attached and in their original packaging
  3. For beauty products, the sticker on the packaging must be intact (i.e., the product packaging must not have been opened), and there should be no visible signs of use.
  • Please include the order receipt inside the return package.
  • They must not have been washed.
  • The return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Sending Returns

  • You can return products via post or courier of your choice.
  • Keep a proof of postage, especially if you choose a postal service.

Refund Process

  • You will receive a confirmation email once we receive your return.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing time: Up to 14 business days, depending on your bank/card issuer.

Unaccepted Returns

  • Returns that do not meet the conditions (e.g., worn, without tags, washed products):
  1. Will not be refunded
  2. Will be reshipped to the customer with a charge
  • In cases of excessive returns, we may refuse future return requests.

Defective Products

  • In case of receiving a defective product, please contact us immediately.
  • If available, a replacement will be sent free of charge
  • If the product appears to have been tampered with/alteredno refund or replacement will be issued.
