Returns & Refunds Policy
Right of Return
- Return Period: You may return products within 14 days from receiving your order.
- Returnable Products: New collection and discounts -30%: Eligible for return and full refund (excluding shipping costs).
- Non-Returnable Products: Products on discount -50%: Cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Conditions
- Products must be:
- Unworn and in excellent condition
- With all tags attached and in their original packaging
- For beauty products, the sticker on the packaging must be intact (i.e., the product packaging must not have been opened), and there should be no visible signs of use.
- Please include the order receipt inside the return package.
- They must not have been washed.
- The return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Sending Returns
- You can return products via post or courier of your choice.
- Keep a proof of postage, especially if you choose a postal service.
Refund Process
- You will receive a confirmation email once we receive your return.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Processing time: Up to 14 business days, depending on your bank/card issuer.
Unaccepted Returns
- Returns that do not meet the conditions (e.g., worn, without tags, washed products):
- Will not be refunded
- Will be reshipped to the customer with a charge
- In cases of excessive returns, we may refuse future return requests.
Defective Products
- In case of receiving a defective product, please contact us immediately.
- If available, a replacement will be sent free of charge
- If the product appears to have been tampered with/altered, no refund or replacement will be issued.
